I need four UK companies incorporated

General information for the business: Australian client is relocating their business HQ to the UK
Description of support work: A client of mine, a well developed Australian family owned business, has received some reorganisation advice from a large global accountancy practice. As a result they have decided to restructure their group of companies, part of which involves incorporating four companies in the UK at Companies House.

I can get all relevant information from the client, but I need someone with some spare time and good previous relevant incorporation experience to take care of setting up the four companies correctly so that no mistakes are made and everything is submitted correctly first off. I could do this myself but I am already drafting shareholders agreements for the client and I am caught up with many other deadlines and things to manage so it would be great to work with a safe pair of hands on the actual incorporations.

I appreciate you can incorporate a company online very cheaply but I'm happy to pay significantly above this to the right person.
