I need a licensed accountant to help with a couple of tasks

I am looking for a licensed accountant to help me with a couple of small tasks:

1. Prepare a letter to verify my SSL certificate for my website

2. Submit my confirmation statement

I don't currently have an accountant, so ideally you'd be able to help me on an on-going basis with future tasks like my corporation tax and self assessment also.

The first task is to complete a short letter to confirm my phone number - I have applied for an organisation SSL certificate and this is the final step to verify it. The company have stated that the account that does this must be licensed, please see the letter here:

The letter must be dated, and must be be written in the perspective of the lawyer or accountant.
Once the revised document is accepted, we must then verify the license of the accountant or lawyer who drafted the document.
You may scan and email, or upload all documents to the pending request in your account.

Example Attestation Letter:

At best this task shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.

I also need you to submit my confirmation statement for me as this is due later this month.
