I am looking for someone to handle business accounting

General information for the business: Courier and home delivery service

Kind of support:
- Accounts Payable: We post our own supplier invoices, but I would like someone to have a lookover it to ensure its create. We would however like some assistance with the coding and posting credit notes and expense receipts.
- Accounts Receivable: We are fine with raising our sales invoices ourselves, but once again we would like someone to just go over it now and again to ensure what we are doing is correct.
- Credit Card and Bank reconciliations
- Reports: Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Aged Creditors/Debtors
- VAT returns (including filing our business miles on the van)
- Company Filing / Annual Filing
- Corporation Tax

Accounting software: Kashflow

Description of support work: We are a start-up courier and home delivery business, in the first year of operation. We had assigned out accounting tasks to an accountant we found on PPH, but sadly we have just been informed that he has passed away. We are yet to file our VAT return, however, his family has informed us that an extension had been requested from HMRC. We are looking for someone to takeover our accounts, and manage them on a month-to-month basis. This will be a recurring job, so it is a great opportunity for anyone looking to add continual work to their portfolio.

Please note that we will only hire someone who has a good understanding of Kashflow
