HMRC and Companies House returns

We're looking for someone to prepare and submit all necessary forms to HMRC and Companies House for a very small company (often making nil returns). We are willing to pay per task or commit to a monthly fee, but we require that this includes all preparation and submission - apart from supplying original documents, we want receiving confirmation from HMRC and Companies House to be our only involvement.
