HMRC accounts for vat

I am looking for someone to check my vat receipts against my accounts and add miscellaneous ones in. There are four years accounts, the actual accounts don't need going over, 50% of the receipts are at the back of each quarterly return, in numbered order, they simply need checking over and any additional ones need adding. All the other receipts are in year and month order (not chronological, ie, 1st to 31st o the month, just random month piles). I am looking for someone to check the existing receipts and put the others in chronological order for each month and add them to the back or each months inputs in numbered order. The business is a small estate agency (one person) and the job should not take more than a few days.
Someone located in the northwest would be preferable as I could drop them off.
