Help with a Financial budget plan for small jewellery & teaching business

Description of support work: I run a jewellery workshop from which I design and make pieces often to commission over a number of months, I also run and teaching evening and day classes and Make your own wedding ring workshops. At the moment we are still a very small business!

I am trying to put together a financial budget for the upcoming year and have a few small queries regarding the budget id like some help with -its only a couple of questions and I'm sure to someone who is familiar with creating finical budgets and forecasts it will be very straight forward. Questions and further info are attached in the document below
I am hoping this may lead to finding someone we can work with in the future to provide similar sorts of support and advice with business planning, begetting and accounting ( using Kashflow)
