Help on French VAT registration

Hi Fatima,
I filling registration application for French vat.
I have company in Estonia. I am Amazon seller.
I have a few questions.

1. I need to provide a contract, estimate, invoice or any other document proving existence of business in France. a) If I have not a contract, estimate, invoice or any other document, will it be a problem? b) if I have some invoices, must I regitration from date of my invoice?
с) Will be one invoice enough?

2. What about turnover? How much better to write? (less or more 35 000 eur)

3. Details of your business activity in France. I want to write "internet retail sales of printer cartriges". Is it Ok?

Can you help me? I need to get answers before 10 o'clock. Also can I hold skype call if it will be need?
