Help me apply for a government loan

I want to apply for a £20,000 government loan for my startup.

I do understand how to write a business plan and forecasting but would like somebody much better than me to do so!

My business is viable and has been for almost 2 years. I sell online children's toys and would like a cash injection so I can grow.
