I am in need of a reliable and resourceful consultant with specific expertise in international tax laws (sales taxes/ VAT, registration taxes, luxury taxes and import duty rates). The core of the project involves:

- Comprehensive knowledge on import duty rates and value-added tax (VAT) rates across 150 countries.
- In depth competence in tax and duty consultancy services.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- You should possess enough knowledge to provide thorough and accurate tax-related information.
- Previous experience working with global tax and duty rates is highly desirable.
- Ability to create a comparative databse to show the car tax and duty rates in 150 countries.
