German Accountant familiar with Xero required

General information for the business: We sell Android software consultancy and services
Industry: Internet/Software
Accounting software: Xero
Description of support work: Set up of a new Xero account specifically for a GMBH business run from Berlin. This will require the manual input and verification of all the appropriate German codes to bring it up to the best native accounting practices possible in the circumstances. The work will be additionally sanity checked by a secondary accountant familiar with German accounting.

Pending a successful working relationship we I will then require regular monthly maintenance of the account to help make sure our accountants best understand the product and how it has been configured.
Extra notes: This position requires:
* Proficiency in German and English
* Accountant familiar with German accounting practices
* Familiarity with the Xero accounting software (http://www.xero.com)
* Conversation over the phone to Berlin & London

Xero is currently unavailable within Germany as a standard option however according to official sources it should be possible to set up Xero to perform appropriately within Germany for purposes of reporting. Citation: https://community.xero.com/business/discussion/123511/#

If you are located within or close to Berlin this would be a big help as we could meet in person and discuss although this is not necessary.
This position will involve conversation in German and English. Although it is not a necessity that you are based in Berlin the position will require conversation over the phone to Germany and UK.
