Finding invoices for relevant expenses

1) I will provide Google sheet with expenses I need invoices for - each expense will have an invoice number to the side
2) I will provide Amazon account access
3) I will provide Google drive folders for saving invoices by financial year

Please follow these steps:
a) Please find the amazon order for the relevant expense add it to the Google Drive folder for the correct financial year
b) Save the invoice and title the document by the number on the spreadsheet
c) mark on the spreadsheet under the column “Invoice/ receipt” change from “NO” to “YES”

For billing it was agreed:
i) I will pay for 4 hours work (I understand this rate is £10 an hour)
ii) after 4 hours you will tell me a fixed cost to complete all invoices
iii) the work is urgent so I need the project completed asap
