Financial Projections for a business plan

I need some assistance from an experienced accountant or financial advisor. I am currently putting together a business plan for a new restaurant and need a qualified individual to analysis and provide projected figures for cost, turnover and profit each month.

Ideally, I am looking for someone that has experience in the hospitality/ food & beverage sector.
