I am looking for support to create a financial procedures manual for a small NGO, which would include the documentation of key financial processes, as listed below:
Accounting and Financial Management Procedures
- Accounting General Procedures
- Auditing *
- Chart of Accounts
- Accounting System *
- General Ledger Journal Entry and Adjustments
- Bank Accounts
- Petty Cash
- Credit Cards *
- Investments *
- Foreign Exchange Gain & Losses
- Accounts Payable
- Provisions & Accruals
- Accounts Receivable
- Centres *
- Shared Services *
- Impairment of Debtors
- Property Plant & Equipment *
- Acquisitions & Disposals

1. For items marked with (*), initial guidance will be provided and the consultant will work with me to finalise the text.
2. For the other items, I would like to receive suggestions from the consultant.
3. Each section/process should be limited to three pages and created in MS Word, font Calibri 12.
4. The consultant should have accounts background and preferably, experience with the development of financial procedures.
