Financial Model & Research

Hello,

I have a small financial/accounting project that needs to be completed as soon as possible with as much accuracy as possible. As I wear so many hats, sometimes it is good to outsource bits and pieces which could unintentionally get subjective. I have a small startup that I need to have objective financial data.
Although I can't disclose the super particulars, it is a website/app, very similar to Facebook and YouTube - think of it as a combination of the two.
I need financial and/or profit projections for this site. Since this is the first time, I've outsourced something like this, I'm not sure if you do the research yourself or not, yet, that is what I'm seeking.

Someone that can do the research (if possible) - simply on the advertising side of things mainly. Such as:
1. how much a similar website would charge an advertiser to place the advertiser’s affiliate links on the website.
2. how much a similar website would charge an advertiser to place the advertiser’s banner ads on the website.
3. how much a similar website would charge an advertiser to place the advertiser’s carousel ads on the website.
4. how much a similar website would charge an advertiser to place the advertiser’s contextual ads on the website.
5. how much a similar website would charge an advertiser to place the advertiser’s video ad on the website.

I do have some preliminary numbers on operational expenses which I could forward to you in order to compete the financial projections as necessary. They are preliminary numbers because in this industry the hundreds of variables change with the wind, nevertheless, it is a starting point.
Obviously, to complete the full financial profit/sales projection you might need a few more pieces of information or data, however the biggest one is that the service is free, it is of no charge, therefore the projections are based on the number of users.

I really don't want a half hearted job...actually I was wondering if I could even up the stakes and the requirements and see is there was a way to make sure that the places you are looking to get the data from a reputable...not just off the first item on Google. I want to make sure the data is truly quality, from places like:

1. GrowthBar
2. SurveyMonkey
3. Gartner
4.Tableau Public
5. BuzzSumo
6. Social Mention
7. Survata
8. Statista

So in the final product, along with all the data, please provide links to the research and if not reasons why this information is accurate/relevant.
