Fakturownia.pl to send invoices to KsEF (Polish Gov Accounting)

To someone that has used these systems in Poland, this should be easy!!!

Ideally this work should ONLY be undertaken by professionals that are used to KsEF and the fakturownia.pl SAAS.

I have set up fakturownia.pl and it is connected to KsEF. We are having a problem when sending invoices as they are failing going to KsEF.

Only companies based in the UK are affected, but sole proprietors are sent no problem through to KsEF and the client.

Here is the error we are getting when trying to send invoices to VAT registered companies in the UK.

Errors:

Country Translation missing. Options considered were: – en.activerecord.errors.models.invoice.attributes.buyer_country.invalid_buyer_country – en.activerecord.errors.models.invoice.invalid_buyer_country – en.activerecord.errors.messages.invalid_buyer_country – en.errors.attributes.buyer_country.invalid_buyer_country – en.errors.messages.invalid_buyer_country
Delivery address – (Buyer) the field is not allowed on KSeF invoices and will not be mapped correctly. If you want to keep this data on the invoice, move it to the dedicated section.

There are approx 65 companies on our list and it does the same to any VAT registered company we try to send invoices to.

Expectations
to be able to send all invoices to our clients from fakturownia.pl so they go through to KsEF and the client.

This needs to be complete within 7 days of commencing (needs to be complete before the end of May 2026).
