Expert in company secretarial matters

I run an accountant firm, but I am no expert in company secretarial matters. I need someone who can advise me and help make changes where required.

We currently use a system called Inform Direct, which to be fair makes the process as easy as it can be, however, for more complicated matters, such as amending multiple year confirmation statements, share buy-backs, changes to the nominal value of shares, it is necessary to have additional knowledge.

I need someone who can help to find out how to perform certain changes and then also implement them.
