Small Services Business, based in Canada.
We require a qualified accountant to help with a 'clean-up' bookkeeping review; i.e. diagnose any issues to ensure the books + balance sheet are in sync.
You will take up to 5 hours to review the following and list recommended changes
-past Financial Statements (last few years)
-Annual Returns
-WAVE books
-with our notes on specific accounts we would like to be investigated (e.g. shareholder loan, dividends declared etc)
(a review of individual transactions/reconciliation is not required, bank reconciliation is up to date)
Your output = a diagnosis of any issues based on data and best assumptions with a list of pragmatic recommended updates/journal transactions to correct any items.
