Excel VBA to create data table

Excel VBA is wanted to take data from a non table format and enter that data into a table. Non table data is on multiple tabs. As dates are added the area where non formatted data is will change. Data table has only 6 fields. You can assume tabs will not be added to this file.

The resulting data table should be save in a separate workbook.

I added a table called "Data Entry Table" to provide example on how data should be laid out in table.
