Customising/Tutorial - Sage Instant Accounts

We have a company start-up client who purchased the desktop Sage Instant Accounts (2011) a few months ago but would like to customise it to meet his specific requirements.

We are seeking a fixed fee to:

i) produce a customised sales invoice template to our client’s specifications (Use the Sage report designer function?) to move details on the invoice around and include some details as default that do not currently show);

ii) Give the client a tutorial on how to use and set up new product descriptions for his stock/invoicing.

We envisage that you would work from a back up of the company’s data and once amended would supply the customised version containing the new sales invoice template and detailed instructions (written or web video) showing how to use product descriptions more effectively.
