Hi everyone,
I run a care business and we employ around 30 support staff who are paid an hourly rate.
We need to increase wages across the board, but ensure this cost is passed onto our buyer. We are struggling to calculate a true rate (with NIs, Pensions etc) and need support with this. We would also like a process that we can follow each year moving forward for subsequent uplifts.
We are based in Cheshire, and would ideally like someone local (Manchester, Cheshire) that we can meet with face to face or electronically to support with this project.
Thanks
Alex
