4 space to input volume of loans split between two differing types of loans
5 A control sheet to input fundings costs, average loans amounts etc to drive the figures throughout the sheet
A current version of the spreadsheet is attached to the job. The critical part to ensure as much of this as possible is driven by control tabs so that we can scale up the business model. As volume increases the sheet should allow for each expense to be increased accordingly to avoid inputting figures in manually. The sheet must calculate our fees and our funding requirements as a result of our growing loan book.
I would expect a conference call to discuss the job with people interested in carrying out the task as we have previously done this spreadsheet and ended up loosing a lot of time and trying to do it ourselves!
The budget is currently open as I do not know how complex someone will find this modelling nor do I know how long it will take a competent person.
