Compare Square & POS transcations XLS ffind missing square items

Hi,

I have a point of sale system which uses Square to process payments. There are usually a few hundred each week. I need an excel template which I can dump data from my POS system and Square transaction lists to find the payments that are listed in the Square XLS that are not in the POS XLS. Sometimes I do this daily, sometimes weekly. I want a system that makes it quick and easy to identify the differences.

I've attached 2x sample documents. Square.xls and smartmove.xls. Column D in both documents provides the data to compare. Obiviously the way the transactions are listed are not identical. It's not really relevant how the data is processed, I'd just like to see either the rows highlighted in the Square.XLS doc that are not displayed in the Smartmove.xls.

I hope that's enough information. I'm not sure how big of a job this will be. Please let me know the one-off cost to provide a template.
