Company accounts, winding down

We are winding down our company and need to produce final accounts. There has not been much activity (turnover about £30k), and most of the book-keeping has been done on Quickbooks and Excel, so not a complex job. There are not many funds left in the bank so cannot afford previous accountancy fees. Ideally need a qualified accountant to work on an hourly consulting basis to ensure statutory paperwork is all correct and input info into HMRC website etc. It would probably involve 2-3 short meetings to go through everything and less than a day's work.
