Company Accounts + Tax Return

We are requiring preparation and submission of company accounts to companies house + company tax return to HMRC, both produced in the relevant standard formats. The company has only a couple of transactions per month, with no dividends taken.
Require an accountant that can provide genuine tax savings where applicable as i have other companies with are more involved and I am looking to form a new relationship for repeat business.

Deadline: Must be checked by me, finalised and submitted to companies house by close of business Wednessday 29.05.13.
