Company Accounts and Tax Return

I have a one man service company and need to file the annual accounts at companies house and HMRC. This has to be completed by 20/12/16.

Can you tell me what information you would need from me?

How long does it take for you to prepare the returns?

Do you submit the returns or do I need to that?

In previous years I have collated the figures for my accountant who then prepares everything. For example I calculated, the Income, Bank interest, Expenses etc. Would this work for you?

How long do you estimate the work will take?
