Clarity needed about financial indicators

I have a financial study about the performance of a hybrid project (hospital and a university). I am looking for someone who is an expert in reading the financial model and extract information related to:

1) Extract the financial and economical indicator for each element separately ( hospital alone and university alone)
2) The risk of financing in the project and the sensitivity of some of the indicators used in the model.
3) The impacts of the coverage of interests from the profits and the debt ratio, and the rate of deduction applied in the account of the net current value and the rate of internal return on investment.
