Chartered Accountant Needed for Projected Income Reference

**Description:**

I'm a self-employed US citizen living in the UK and need a qualified accountant to act as my income referee for a Goodlord tenant referencing check. I don't yet have a UK tax return (SA302), so the letting agency requires a "projected income" figure certified by an accountant.

**What I need you to do:**
- Review my invoices and bank statements (June 2025 to present — approximately 10 months)
- Act as my accountant referee when Goodlord contacts you to confirm my projected annual income

**What I have ready:**
- All invoices for the period (June 2025 – present)
- HSBC bank statements covering the same period
- I can also provide records from before my move to the UK if helpful

**Requirements (non-negotiable — Goodlord will reject otherwise):**
- You must be a member of a recognised professional body (ACCA, ICAEW, AAT, ICAS, CIPFA, etc.)
- You must respond from a professional business email address (not Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail)
- You must have a business landline number

**Timeline:** As soon as possible — I have a tenancy waiting on this.
