Changing Share allotments on UK companies house. RP04/SH01 form

Help needed to tidy up my share allotments on companies house. I have tired this myself, and failed!

I added some allotment of shares last year (which I did incorrectly). I recently filed a RP04 form and then resubmitted SH01 form, but I have not done this correctly.

The purpose of the project is to tidy my mistakes and re-submit my allotment of shares correctly. I have all the information you need and what I am wanting for you to input correctly. I think this is a fairly quick job for someone who knows what they are doing.
