Certify accounts of small company of only 600 transactions

Hi,
We have small company and the end of year was in February.
The company's last year turnover was just over £45000 and all in all we have only had around 600 transactions, most of them purchases (480).
We only had one client and our sales ledger was done by a factoring company (Ashley Finance and then Bibby).
I have prepared quarterly spreadsheets of Expenditure, income and directors' loan accounts, mainly for VAT purposes.
These are all on-line as well most of the purchase invoices. There are 90 purchase invoices which have not been scanned and uploaded on line. But provided some one takes on the job I am prepared to put in the extra time to do that, if necessary or I can post them and get them back after inspection.

Unfortunately the directors are now in dispute over the directors loan account.

I as the back office director (there is only one other director) have decided to certify the accounts i.e. these spread sheets that I have prepared.

However the budget is very limited mainly because withdrawals from company's bank accounts have been suspended by mutual agreement where there is over £2500.00.

Therefore I need a certified accountant who can go through these spread sheets then correct and certify the annual accounts before the end of April.

Can you please let me know how much you would charge for this bearing in mind that I have to pay this out of my own pocket at least until this is sorted out and I can have access to the funds in the account.

By my calculation the other director's loan account is over £3500.00 larger than mine which until October was only -£695.00.

Basically all the money that is in the account is mine and some more.
