Cash flow statement

Description of support work: Ii am looking to purchase a hotel in the USA. I need to have a cash flow statement produced. The figures fort he past few years have been reasonable but not massively brilliant. the reason is the business has not been marketed well it is run by a very old lady 84 years old. Some changes have been made and revenues are increasing. with a small increase in marketing we can increase revenues but more importantly cash flow. i will fully lever the deal so will borrow 75% of asset value the cash flow will need to support that. that is my concern but i need a model building that i can adjust to reflect different cash flow models are you able to do this? i have a variety of financial info would you be prepared to sign a simple NDA ? is there any way if i send info now you could turn it round in 24 hours? best regards Clive
