Business Plan For Gym - Focus Finance section

Hello
I am looking for someone to do a business plan
to but need focus on the finances ( deadline is Tuesday 26th ) ( A general business plan can be a week longer )
Cashflow Forcast
& Balance sheet
( i have a template which is attached, Happy to use and improve if you have a better one thats fine)

I will provide a starting position and a forecast P&L, which needs to pull through to Cashflow and balance sheet

Any experience dealing with gym business plan would be ideal
