Business contract

Have sold 51% shares in my business, I still have a large investment in the company £390k.The company will employ me as from the 1st October. I need to draw up a contract between my partners, and myself and would like to secure an employment contract for three years. If the company is to terminate my services early, then I should be compensated for the remainder of my employment and my loan account will then become an interest bearing account. Can I stipulate these terms in the memorandum of articles of association? Or would it be better to draw up an agreement between the company and my self?, and if so, can someone draft this agreement up for me?

Additional terms, would be a company car, and fuel.
