We are looking for an accountant to help us with shortlisting and enquiring about business purchases for us in the UK. Accountant/Finance specialist must do the following

1. Register with relevant business brokers and portals in the UK
2. Companies house searches relating to the following businesses which show assets inventory on balance (property residential and commercial) in liquation or insolvency. Businesses must have undervalued assets for property and machinery even stock.
3. Turnover should range from £2million up to £50million.
4. Businesses we are looking to purchase should in the following industries

• Property (buying and selling of real estate) with substantial assets in term of residential and commercial as well as future contracts
• Software (business and domestic) with commercial contracts
• Retail businesses (with substantial inventory and stores)
• Other high value businesses
• Undervalued (in liquidation, insolvency or bankrupt)
• Based in London
