Commercial cleaning company requires the preparation of a budget for a contract that we'll commence in 1st Nov.
This will take into account forecasted fixed and variable costs (payroll, equipment, etc etc ). Advice welcome on the structure, whether this is an excel spreadsheet or something we put together in our Xero accountancy package, although I'd like managers to be involved as a direct function.
