Bounce Back Loans

I am looking for an expertise in BBLs who can help me to get my loan with Barclays.
I always have my personal, savings and business accounts with Barclays for over 10 years with different business names.
On March 2018 I have open a new business account which it has been open up today, unfortunately on February this year i have declared the company was Dormant, however I have explain to the bank that i was trading with my personal bank account, and they can see the money has been in and out mostly from my personal account than from my business because i have a personal proper debit card, while for the business, the bank did not give me a proper debit card in order for me to do my transactions on line, so Barclays is asking me to get a letter from my accountant to answer this two questions:

1. A letter to say why I was Dormant in my business account between 2018-2019
2. When did I started trade
