Description of support work: Receiving expense details, supplier invoices, bank statements , credit card reports, coding the items against the respective account codes and entering information into Xero on a regular basis.
Reconciling Bank, Credit card and payment details.
Credit control on Aged Debtors
Prepare payments for authorisation
Maintaining Sales and Suppliers ledgers and providing a monthly P&L within 4 working days of the month end.
The Company is a UK VAT registered company so you will have to submit VAT reports on a CASH basis.
Configuring Xero to maximise on its automation opportunities -
Around 20 Sales Invoices per month growing
Assume 30 Direct Purchases Orders per month
Reconcile and manage Credit Card entries to Expenses etc circa 50 entries / month
VAT every 3 months
