Bookkeeping, receipt extraction, business admin.

Locum PA Ltd located in London UK are looking for regular workers to carry out some business admin tasks. These tasks will include but are not exclusive to the following;

Receipt extraction from email - upload receipts from gmail via dropbox chrome add on to out accounts folder, date and name the receipts and create new subfolders for each month.

Marrying up transactions with corresponding receipts via Quickbooks online software.

The ideal candidate will work for us in an ongoing capacity with the number of hours increasing with time.
