Bookkeeping help needed on 52 line spreadsheet

I need someone to help me balance a Transaction / income / year end valuation / reconciliation / form 5500 EZ Summary spreadsheet. (see example of the sheet without numbers).

This is information for my solo401K and I would like for it to balance.

The spreadsheet only contains 52 lines for Transactions and 34 rows for Income, but I need help balancing it and can't seem to figure it out.

I had claude.ai do up the template for me and have the data entered. But things are not adding up.

Please help
