Bookeeping Help with Xero

I do my own bookkeeping and I have an issue accounting for PeoplePerHour transactions. Obviously you pay the deposit, then draw down the invoices from here. We then use different people for different jobs, have cancelled jobs and the funds have been allocated to other invoices etc...

There are not many (10 invoices) but multiple transactions and I don't know the correct way to record these. I've added all invoices to Xero and now trying to reconcile the accounts. I am out - a lot! I need help looking at the PPH transactions so I can then work out what is wrong.
