Book keeping

I run a bridal wear business called POPPYDOVER and I am into my 7th month, not trading yet but working on my debut collection to show case in February at a London show. In the mean time I would like someone to work for me a full day 9am-5pm once a week using their own computer and programs from home.
A. File my invoices and receipts into excel ready for tax return at the end of the year.
B. I also need help filing my product/making costings and working out what I'm spending on each item in order to work out a product cost after the mark up.
C. I write everything down in a notebook, however what I need is help to log standard supplier and contact details and useful information into clear spreadsheet to use to refer to quickly.
