Appointment making via telesales

I'm looking for someone to generate appointments with small businesses in Essex for myself. I work for a nationwide company that provides an 'invoice chasing and debt protection' service to small companies. I can provide lists with tel numbers, and some of these will have lost money to liquidated companies, so will be fairly responsive. The work would be regular - 1-2 days per week and should deliver sufficient appointments to keep me busy for 4 days each week.
