Agricultural Planning application

I need to apply for a change on use with planning consent for agricultural land with the local authority.

I have a hector of agricultural land and need to apply for consent to upgrade an agricultural garage / 1 toilet cubic shed into a multi toilet /wash area for my agricultural working stating the reasons as specified under http://www.hse.gov.uk/contact/faqs/toilets.htm.

i need somebody that is used to planning proceadures and agricultural usage and obtaining approval the Shed in question is in an area covered by "Article 4 of town and county planning and therefor planning consent must be obtained at present there is an Enforcement notification on the building in question
