Advice & assistance setting up sole trader accounts for Ireland

I need some help doing the following:

a) Deciding on the best accounting system to use for my circumstances (quickbooks, Xero etc)
b) Some guidance in getting the above set-up for the year 2022, answering my questions and reviewing what I have done.

I can do most of the work in adding suppliers, invoices etc but I need someone who can be available to guide me and review what I am doing and answer any questions.

Its for a sole trader in Ireland and I moved to Ireland in early 2022, the business was operating abroad before that time. I operate in 4 currencies with customers and suppliers in 5 countries with bank accounts in 3 countries.

If you are familiar with doing this in Ireland (preliminary deadlines etc) then that would be an advantage.
