Actual expenditure reporting

We have an excel spreadsheet, with three different tabs, on which we record expenditure made by our business unit, as follows:
1. UK debit card payments
2. Credit card payments;
3. Payments made by our accounts payable in Geneva.

Each tab uses a mixture of approx currencies - Euro, GBP and Swiss Francs, with occasional payments in other currencies.

Each item is assigned a budget line (currently using a description/name) - there are approx 50 budget line items.

We'd like a dynamically generated report, which shows the total expenditure per budget line, as and when new expenditure is entered on the three tabs of the above-mentioned excel doc, showing the total actual expenditure per budget line.
