Accounts / Tax Return Help

I've forgot to do my taxes after a crazy year.

However, I hope i can catch up before the end of Jan.

I am a consultant with just 3 clients and I have half of my years paper work compiled

My wife helps me and I wish to use her allowances.

it's my first year - turnover approx £60k. I started April 1 2009

I can get my expenses together in a few days - I'll need a template though

I alos want help submitting my return.
