Accounts Receivable and deduction specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented AR and Deductions Specialist to join our accounting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving customer deductions and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and validate customer deductions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently
Maintain accurate records of deduction resolutions
Communicate with customers to clarify discrepancies and reach resolutions

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on deductions or customer disputes and Accounts Receivable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
