Accounts and Payroll

I need help with the above, I have only used my Limited Company during the 2018-2019 tax year for a 10 week contract.

I need to set up payroll for myself and also need to complete Self Assessment. I am new to this and not sure exactly what I need to send.
Please could you let me know how much you would charge to send all relevant information to HMRC and Companies House for the previous tax year.
