Accounting/Tax Advise for Ltd company

I need somebody to do the Annual Return for my Ltd and deal with all other requirements from the Companies House. They sent me a letter and are also asking for a director's report etc.

I would also need some advise about having my freelance and events business under the same roof.

The person doing this for me should be local, able to answer my questions and prepare a set of documents for me that I can use as a template in the following years. Ideally somebody local in SE16 or willing to come over so we can file everything online and get things ready to send it off to the C House.

If you bid then please let me know what your qualification is and what you do currently. I am more looking for somebody with common sense who can explain the matter to me than for somebody getting scared to look over the edge of the textbook page and having an opinion.

Given this is something that occurs all the time for people in this field the bids should be realistic given templates exist and it's only a question of exchanging numbers. I assume somebody who knows what they are doing can get the message across in roughly 2h.
