Accounting help needed! Self assessment tutorial

Description of support work: Hi, I need a person who will help me to complete tax return. I am self employed and have been selling products on etsy and amazon since September 2014 and ebay since January 2014. I need software which exports all my sales, returns & refunds during this period and tutorial:
how to use them,
how to manage returns and refunds,
how to claim expenses, I mainly buy materials on ebay, can I adjust ebay receipts and how to store them,
how to add international expenses,
how to add expenses paid by cash?

If you have good accounting skills and can help me with it, contact me, i can pay 50 pounds for this tutorial.
