Accounting // Collecting Invoices according to given list

Description of support work: Once a month, I have to handover all invoices of my monthly credit card bill.
So, for this job I am looking for a long term partnership.

For a given Excel-list (approx, 100. items in 3-4 tables) it is required to identify the corresponding invoice in a mailbox (travel expenses, amazon bills, etc.pp.). The invoice (PDF) needs to be identified, downloaded, saved to a specific local folder, renamed and the new name needs to be linked in the table.

E.g.
- Excel line 15: Amazon.com / 1234567 / 15,99 EUR
- find the corresponding invoice in the mailbox,
- save the invoice into the local folder "Credit Card A"
- Rename the invoice to "Creditcard A_Year-Month_015" (001 for first item, so 015 for line 15)
- write the new name into the excel table to identify the invoice to the line item
- repeat for all entries
- create a ZIP-File for all files and hand it over.

If invoices are missing in the mailbox, one feedback circle is necessary:
- hand over a list of missing invoices
- receive all invoices after a few days
- complete the excel
- create a zip and handover all together :)

Communication by email, skype/skype for business or whatsapp/phone might be necessary.

Because I have to follow given deadlines, I need absolute reliable teamwork regarding time and quality.

Extra notes: The communication will take place via e-mail and zip-files.
A encrypted s/mime communication is highly welcomed.
Encrypted ZIP files is a absolute minimum requirement.
